Something that's been on my mind that I can't find a straight answer for, if someone can help me, is this- So dwelling policies don't cover contents because it's typically used by landlords and the contents would be covered on the renters HO4. That part makes sense but what I'm stuck on is, what about the appliances that came with the house that the landlord technically owns? Like say the unit came with a stove, fridge, microwave, sink, etc... Or I guess even a fully furnished apartment... Is that covered still just under the renters homeowners policy even though they don't own the appliances and/or furniture OR would the landlord need to add coverage to their dwelling policy to make sure their appliances/furniture are covered? I hope that made sense. Thanks in advance!
